If you recieve a product that was not consistent with description, photo, or model number, you should refer to our return policy. we provide a link to our return policy near the bottom of every page of our website.

All items purchased from ALL CLEAR Pool & Spa are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
